Vitamin E helps to reduce oxidative damage. 

How to Take: 

- Take 2 to 4 capsules a day, with a glass of water, preferably before main meals. 
- Not suitable for people under treatment with anticoagulants. 
- Not suitable in case of allergy to fish.
